Arrived for a STU All components were working and in tolerance, besides the cap. Relayed Information to customer. Customer okayed for new cap. Recommended flame sensor, dual cap, and compressor saver. Installed cap and system was working before I left.

Upon arrival for service system on and cooling. Customer states system making metallic rattling noise on start up. Inspected system. Found copper line pressing against metal line cover causing ratting. Adjusted system placement on pad and rattling stopped. Left system on and cooling without rattling noise.
2019 system straight cool with gas furnace in good clean condition after condensor cleaning system is ready for cooling. Filters are new too. Thanks for choosing comfort experts.
Per Joe added 9" cut in to master bed room and re routed two 8" ducts going to the den from being straight runs to a 10-8-8

Arrived to find that the run of duct supplying the master bedroom ,bathroom and bedroom 3 will need to be re worked called Joe he and another installer will be coming out to fix it tomorrow morning customer needs it done before noon
Install gas 48k horizontal with standard filtration, new duct system, disconnect, whip, drain pan
HTU performed today, ignition components are working properly, heat exchanger looks good, inducer motor is only pulling .3 amps and it should be pulling .7 let customer know that this is an indication of a failing motor, customer spoke with comfort advisor earlier this year and plans to replace system in March, i let him know about the changes that are occurring at the end of this year and how the prices are going to go up and availability won’t be very good, customer is going to call Danny and talk to him, did not want to schedule to have him back out
